One of our key clients is an international holding company that manages 12 products and has already launched over 40 projects across dozens of countries on all continents. They are currently looking for a Country Payment Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Building and developing a local network of payment agents;
- Searching for, onboarding, and developing partnerships with local agents;
- Analyzing market needs and preparing proposals to adapt the product to the specifics of the region;
- Resolving any issues and challenges faced by agents;
- Organizing stable operation of the channels: onboarding agents → launching processes → ensuring growth.
Requirements:
- Is a local expert in one of the following regions: Latin America, India, MENA, or Africa;
- Has strong connections in the local payment market among regional players;
- Has experience building agent or affiliate networks in the High-Risk segment;
- Understands how to launch and promote local payment products;
- Has experience launching and managing information channels on social media and messengers, as well as managing and growing community groups;
- Has experience in launching, developing, and promoting local payment products.
