We are match, a recruitment agency.

We are looking for a strong Sales Manager to join the team of our client — a large international iGaming game aggregator.

Who we are looking for:

  • An independent and results-driven sales professional with B2B sales experience in iGaming, who can not only handle inbound leads but also proactively generate new business opportunities;
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry, excellent negotiation skills, and hands-on experience working with operators, providers, or aggregators are especially important to us;
  • Fluent spoken English at C1 level or above is a key requirement, as most communication with international partners will be conducted in English.

What you will be doing:

  • Acquiring new partners — iGaming operators — and developing the partner network;
  • Handling inbound leads coming directly from potential partners, agents, industry conferences, existing partners, and online sources;
  • Conducting negotiations with potential partners, identifying their needs, and developing tailored proposals;
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrating the benefits of the platform and its products;
  • Negotiating commercial terms and preparing proposals based on client needs and business objectives;
  • Managing partners throughout the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact through to going live;
  • Coordinating the client onboarding process and working closely with Legal, Finance, Technical, Product, and other internal departments;
  • Collecting partner feedback, requests, and suggestions and communicating them to the relevant teams;
  • Coordinating the required terms and documentation with Legal and Finance;
  • Managing agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed;
  • Upselling additional products and providers to existing partners;
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and identifying new opportunities for business growth;
  • Maintaining the CRM and keeping all relevant information about leads, deals, and partners up to date;
  • Preparing reports on sales activities, leads, deal statuses, and key performance indicators.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience working with Tier 1 operators;
  • Experience in the payments industry combined with strong B2B sales experience in iGaming and a solid understanding of casino products;
  • Experience working closely with technical and product teams;
  • Understanding of the technical side of integrations, including APIs, technical documentation, bug reports, feature development, etc.;
  • Experience independently handling challenging situations, objections, rejections, and customer criticism;
  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams;
  • Willingness to travel regularly and attend international industry conferences;
  • A high level of autonomy: the ability to independently track task statuses, manage the sales process, and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.

What we offer:

  • Fully remote work;
  • 5/2 schedule, with a 9-hour working day;
  • Flexible start time between 10:00 and 12:00;
  • Flexibility to adapt your working hours to clients’ time zones, including early or late calls when working with Asian and US markets;
  • Competitive salary based on your experience and interview results, paid twice a month through a convenient payment method;
  • Benefits package including sports, education and professional course compensation, as well as other employee support programs;
  • The opportunity to grow within an international iGaming project and work with major operators and industry partners.
