We are Match Recruitment Agency, currently looking for an Affiliate Manager for a partner relations department in an international IT holding with over 8 years of experience creating and promoting its own entertainment products.

What we expect:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in media buying or affiliate networks within the iGaming industry
  • Understanding of gambling/betting verticals
  • Own database of advertisers from both international and CIS markets
  • Experience with postback integration
  • Ability to analyze traffic and handle objections
  • Technical understanding of traffic sources such as PPC, Facebook, In-App, ASO, SEO, email/SMS marketing
  • Experience solving complex cases
  • Strong sales skills
  • Knowledge of CPA, RS, Hybrid, CPI, CPL payment models
  • Experience in business communication and professional interaction with partners
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher

It will be an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in participation in CIS/international conferences

Main responsibilities:

  • Searching for and attracting new partners in the iGaming industry
  • Increasing the effectiveness of cooperation with advertisers
  • Communication with media buying departments
  • Participation in industry conferences (CIS and international)
  • Traffic analysis and working with key performance metrics
  • Working with a CRM system (maintaining and updating offers and terms)
  • Market analysis and developing traffic monetization hypotheses
