We are Match Recruitment Agency, and we are currently looking for a Team leader for the VIP Department of an international IT holding with over 8 years of experience in developing and promoting its own entertainment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide informational support to the company's VIP clients (chats/calls);
- Establish and develop long-term partnership relationships;
- Identify user needs in detail;
- Address objections and analyze customer complaints, taking actions to ensure satisfaction;
- Present product benefits, news, and bonuses, tailored individually for each client;
- Timely reporting;
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in iGaming (sales, call center, support);
- Is fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Has experience working with CRM systems and office software (Excel, Google Docs) at a proficient user level;
- Is responsible and results-oriented;
- Can work well in a large team;
- Is stress-resistant, communicative, and able to work in a multitasking environment;
- Has an easy time contacting clients;
- Possesses a high level of empathy.
