Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing the full production cycle, from pre-production to project completion;

• Planning and controlling project budgets to ensure costs remain within approved limits;

• Building and managing production teams, selecting the required specialists and crew members;

• Working hands-on on set, ensuring all tasks are executed and maintaining operational control;

• Communicating directly with clients, discussing requirements, changes, and project details.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Extensive experience in video production:

- 8+ years of overall experience in the video production industry, including 5+ years in an Producer role;

- Hands-on experience organizing shoots of various formats — from reels to TV commercials;

• Proven experience managing full-cycle production, building production crews, and working across multiple countries.

Important: We are looking specifically for a hands-on producer with experience working on the production side, not on the client or agency side with outsourcing production end-to-end.

• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish;

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;

• High stress resistance and ability to work effectively in chaotic environments;

• Strong communication and diplomacy skills (working with directors, crews, and clients);

• Proactive mindset — you solve problems before they escalate;

• Willingness to travel frequently to different countries.
