We are match, a recruitment agency, currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join the partnership department of an international IT holding with over 8 years of experience, specializing in creating and promoting its own entertainment products. In this role, you will work with thousands of partners around the world who have an online audience — owners of websites, mobile apps, YouTube and Telegram channels, bloggers, and influencers. Your main task will be to find and engage them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing online sources to find potential partners;
- Onboarding new affiliates, informing them about the product, and handling objections;
- Developing the current partner base and building trusting relationships with them;
- Preparing and assisting in launching advertising campaigns;
- Participating in company and department team projects.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma (HND);
- Initiative and strong work ethic;
- Ability to write catchy, concise, and grammatically correct messages;
- Willingness to stay in touch even outside the office;
- Ability to connect with people and persuade them;
- Fluent oral and written English;
- Willingness to learn and eagerness for continuous professional growth.
It will be an advantage to have:
- Knowledge of any foreign languages;
- Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, account management, online advertising, or client/partner communication.
