One of our key clients is a legal consulting company that has established itself as a reliable partner in the IT sector. We are currently looking for a International Lawyer in Cyprus to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Legal support for companies: Conducting Due Diligence, making recommendations for improvements, maintaining the relevance of documentation (corporate documents, powers of attorney, etc.);
- Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation: Collaborating with colleagues, agents, and consultants, analyzing data, supporting processes;
- Analysis and protection of the company's interests: Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, decisions, protocols, minimizing legal risks;
- Compliance and regulatory requirements: Applying AML, KYC standards, and other international norms;
- Work with banks: Preparing document packages and interacting with financial institutions for account opening;
- Participation in special projects: Supporting corporate structures in various jurisdictions;
- Maintaining the corporate database: Keeping track of information on registered companies and opened accounts;
- Developing internal regulations and templates: Standardizing document flow in accordance with international corporate norms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in international law;
- Experience working in IT, iGaming, gaming, betting, or crypto;
- Experience in opening, managing, and liquidating legal entities in foreign jurisdictions;
- Proficient in English (B2–C1), including legal terminology;
- Deep knowledge of international law and standards;
- Proficient in tools like DocuSign, GDrive, Asana, and Telegram.
