One of our key clients is an international holding company that manages 12 products and has successfully delivered over 40 projects across dozens of countries worldwide. They are currently looking for an Online Reputation Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Korean market, focusing on mitigating negative feedback in the gambling sector across local and global platforms;
- Work with website listings and aggregators;
- Engage with streaming platforms, local websites, social media, and blogs;
- Execute and manage content seeding campaigns across various platforms;
- Analyze key performance metrics;
- Build and maintain a positive and trustworthy brand image;
- Prepare monthly performance reports;
- Communicate in Korean across all relevant platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the gambling industry;
- Experience working with the Korean market;
- Korean language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Hands-on experience with key platforms and services, including streaming platforms (e.g., SOOP), DC Inside, KakaoTalk, Naver, etc.;
- Ability to effectively handle and respond to negative feedback;
- Experience with content seeding strategies;
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and initiative.
